The Platinum Recording group Public Announcement that first came to the attention to the R&B world with R. Kelly has been through some trying times.

The group broke up in the early ’90s but was reorganized with new members and sound led by the dynamic lead singer Feloney Davis who brought in current members Glen “Mac: Oneil and Alvin “Ace” Watkins
